The plates are fed to the “H Beam Tack welding station” for doing single point entry level tacking between the 2 Flanges & the Web to form an H configuration.

The Tacked H Beam is then transferred to the Main Welding Station called the “Pull Through Welding Machine / Station” (PTW Machine). The Pull Through Welder is the heart of the entire H Beam Fabrication line. The H Beam which is only tacked at 2 pints at the entry only till this stage is positioned inside the PTW Machine with the help of the Inlet Conveyor modules. The Pull Through Welding System is equipped with the following major modules built to serve specific purposes.
